I earned my diploma in Hypnotherapy under world-renowned Hypnotists Freddy & Anthony Jacquin, at the UK Hypnotherapy Training College.  I've seen countless examples off the way Hypnotherapy helps people to achieve positive change in their life.  It is a rapid and amazingly effective therapy with countless applications.

You may have seen examples of stage hypnosis, which is purely for fun: making people cluck like chickens or act like monkeys. 

Therapeutic Hypnosis, or Hypnotherapy, is nothing like that.  It is an amazingly powerful therapeutic tool that can help you get to where you want to be.

Hypnosis is, in fact, a natural state that we all slip in and out of several times a day.  It’s what happens when your conscious mind ‘takes a break’ and your unconscious comes to the the fore — commonly likened to daydreaming.  During hypnotherapy, I work with you to deepen and guide this natural state to help you achieve your goals.  Most people find it a very relaxing and pleasurable experience.



Hypnotherapy is perfectly safe.  During your hypnotherapy sessions, you will remain fully aware of where you are and what’s going on.  Although your mind will be filled with thoughts, images and ideas, you will remain completely in control.  Afterwards, you will remember parts of the session in a similar way to recalling parts of a dream.  However, you do not go to sleep and you will never be unconscious during the session.


Obviously, the number of sessions involved will depend on the treatment you require or the specific goals you want to achieve. However, in most cases you probably won’t need more than three sessions. I can give a clearer estimate during your initial phone consultation which is free and confidential. 


Let me add that I am only interested in working with you for the minimum number of sessions you need to achieve your goals. I am entirely focused on solutions, not problems. If one session is enough, that’s all I will recommend!


A typical hypnotherapy session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. I do not pay strict attention to the clock during a session — if we are making good progress, I’d rather complete the session than ask you to come back next week. 
Your 1st session is not a ‘consultation’ and there is no time-wasting. We will start working towards effective results right from the word go!


Your initial telephone consultation is free. It is also confidential and involves no obligation — you can decide afterwards whether or not you want to book your first session.
Prices vary depending upon the type of hypnotherapy you require and how many sessions are likely to be involved. I will give you a clearer estimate during your free phone consultation.
Please note, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rearrangement or you could be liable to pay the full fee for that session.

Some therapists like to indulge in long-winded discussions about your past or lengthy sessions analysing this or that problem. I prefer to help you achieve lasting changes, quickly & effectively.
